If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a clear production error, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page within a reasonable time from delivery and include details and photos of the issue. Where required by applicable laws and regulations in the State of Qatar, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected item.

نحن متخصصون في تصميم الظروف (المغلفات) والمنتجات والهدايا المخصصة حسب طلبكم. وبما أن كل طلب يتم تنفيذه وفقاً للتصميم والألوان والنصوص أو الأسماء التي تختارونها، فإن جميع المبيعات نهائية، ولا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بسبب تغيير الرأي أو الاختيار الخاطئ.
